Application To Be A Sales Agent

1. Any individual who is of legal age, not an undischarged bankrupt and residing in Malaysia or any Corporation registered with Companies Commission of Malaysia may apply to become a Sales Agent by completing and submitting the Application Form via E-Application services available on our Website.
2. Person who is applying on behalf of the corporations must hold majority shares of at least fifty-one percent (51%) and it is the duty of the applicant to ensure that the corporation has the full right and authority to apply as Sales Agent of the Company and that (i) it is free to become the Sales Agent of the Company; (ii) in so doing, it will not violate any laws, regulations, rules of regulatory authorities or any other similarly binding provisions, or any other agreement to which it is a party; and (iii) it has taken all corporate action necessary to authorize the execution and delivery of this Application/any other agreement it may subsequently enter into with the Company for the purposes of becoming a Sales Agent of the Company and accordingly perform its obligations.
3. Applicants applying on behalf of a corporation must not apply on behalf of himself as an individual, and vice versa. In the event a person has successfully registered as a Sales Agent for the Company, both as an individual and on behalf of the corporation, the Company shall terminate either one (1) of the registrations at its sole discretion.
4. The following documents must be submitted together with the Application Form:
   1. For Individual Application:
      1. A copy of the applicant’s Identity Card (NRIC);
      2. A copy of the front page of the applicant’s passbook/statement of accounts by any licensed financial institutions in Malaysia;
      3. For Individual who is above eighteen (18) years of age and is currently a student, the following additional documents shall be included:
         • Agreement Form
         • Parent/Legal Guardian Declaration Form (which must be signed in the presence of our customer service personnel in the Company’s office or endorsed by Commissioner for Oaths/Lawyers as authentication.)
   2. For Corporate Application:
      1. Company Forms; or in case of sole proprietorship/enterprise/partnerships’ a copy of business registration certificate and details of owners;
      2. A copy of the applicants identity card (NRIC).
5. No Application Fee/Membership Fee will be charged upon application or successful registration of the Sales Agent.
6. Sales Agent of the Company is an independent contractor and shall not represent himself to others as a franchisee, partner, agent or authorized representative of the Company and accordingly shall not have the right to negotiate or conclude any contract on behalf of the Company or hold himself as having such a right unless with the Company’s prior written consent.
7. For corporate applications, except as otherwise specifically provided, the rules and regulations stipulated herein, and any agreement which it may enter into with the Company shall apply and bind the successors, executors, administrators and assigns of the parties hereto.
8. For individual applications, the status of Sales Agent may not be transferred, sold and/or re-assigned.
9. The Company reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
